We build ADUs and Park Models in a manufacturing facility, making them readily available options for rural and mountain areas in Colorado and surrounding states.

Our process is easy and efficient to help save time and money.

1. Plan

We choose the best floor plan for your communities’ needs and make sure it’s up to your local codes and regulations. Our highly skilled team designs modular homes that are code-regulated, and factory built in a climate controlled factory.

2. build

Because our factory is large and climate controlled, we can produce numerous homes at a time — and weather never holds us back. This keeps costs down and allows us to deliver homes to you more quickly than you can build onsite.

3. ship

Ship your MicroHome to your location.

4. delivery

We offer construction and GC services for both our ADU and Park Model options. Inquire today on the right package for you!

5. training

We will work with your team to equip them with the knowledge they need to set and finish our MicroHomes.
